Lake Fun & Fishing
Castle Rock Lake, the 4th largest lake in WI, is only 4 miles away and Petenwell Lake, the 2nd largest lake, is only 11 miles from WRC. Both lakes offer a large variety of fishing and all the summer water sports.
River Fun & Fishing
Wisconsin River is a very short drive from the Campground. The Yellow River that flows through Necedah offers kayak and canoeing.

There are some tasty options for dining out around Castle Rock Lake, Necedah downtown, New Lisbon, and Mauston. Just talk to the seasonal campers, they'll tell you the best location for what you are looking for. The Campground Store has a menu binder of local dining locations.
